2. The first thing you should do while drawing is to try to use less words and more illustration, meaning that instead of writing that she is concerned about a game you should have showed it.

What did i do there is just tilt the head and changed the position of the eyes considering the perspective and the tilt of the head, i've also added a facial expression which gives your drawing more life , you should note that the more gesture, action and the more different shapes a drawing has , the more it is interesting.
B. In case you don't want or don't like to do that then i've adjusted the Eye highlights , take a note that some artists and especially mangakas tend to put eye highlights just randomly thinking that it doesn't matter , well in this case it does.

there are different kinds of anime eyes
and this is not an oc, therefore, changing the eye type, you change the character (like in picture a)
but then in picture b, she is angry not concerned
maybe i got the eye view wrong, but i am sure that i got the expression how i wanted it to be >.>
also, I don't know any technique to change the eyes view with that kind of eyes, so, sorry, but there will be no altered version =(

I am very well aware that by changing the eye you change the character, that was just a mere example illustrating that you should put some more gesture in the drawing, because if she is concerned then the head should be tilted , her eyes half closed and her stare should be either on the game or to a 45degree angle, but then again,as long as you like it i suppose it's fine as it is and you should improve eventually , i was just trying to speed your progress so don't think bad of me.

Slade,there are no rules when drawing your style...mai mult decit atit,expresia e alegerea artistului...da,poate ca am prefera o alta optiune,dar...just enjoy...and...relax...we know that u know x)
Anyway,here's an old pic...im aware of my mistakes though

if i had wanted to show off my knowledge on the matter then i would have responded with:
You cannot start drawing things stylized to begin with, or your learnings are fundamentally flawed from the beginning; instead of consciously stylizing things in a way to make them more appealing, you end up languishing in ignorance, further and further distorting the form until it's so far gone it's not even recognizably human -- you're stylizing something that is already a stylization. It just doesn't work. You have to have that foundation, something you can return to in order to understand what makes something human and what makes something not look human, or you will be completely blind to your errors.

instead i fully understand that hikaru does so for his own enjoyment and not for artistic purposes and i tried to point the basic errors that he had made so he could improve and impress lots of babes in america.

and on another note, please do not judge my character based on my posts on peak as if i want to prove i am a higher being, i am not that person you're thinking i am)
